   Server was great she had a lot to contend with. Food was very good, did not get my order right but that was not her fault. The noise level was ridiculously loud. I think the set up of the dining room needs adjusting or the acoustics need adjusting or carpet needs to be added (not my first choice due to change in vibe of the room as well as food spillage would ruin it) but we could not have a conversation with my mom. It was just too loud. I also think that is why our sever got my order wrong. She simply couldn’t hear me even thought she knelt done right next to me. We do love the Reno. So much nicer!!

   Service was very slow. The steaks were good, but the fish was undercooked. The desserts were not good. We got one of each and none were impressive. The outside deck is nice but in the sun. There are some nice couches in the shade. They restarted recently but I think they need to start again.

   I have always been a big fan of lakeside, but ever since their remodel it is not the same. The serving team was rude to me and wouldn't make accommodations. After our interaction with our server our food took 45 minutes to come out. As soon as we asked about our order it came out immediately and was cold. It seemed as if the server sabotaged us because a different server gave me a free drink for my birthday and she did not like that. No one asked us how our food was or checked in on us after the fact.

   As always such a wonderful experience!! Food is always great and our server Jo was so accommodating!! We love that the noise level is really low which offers such a pleasurable dining experience!

   Paella was not paella, it was a risotto at best. Service was great. View was lovely. Cod was fine but under seasoned.

   The menu on the website was not the same menu in the restaurant. The staff was overwhelmed and it wasn’t that crowded food not pleasing. Very disappointed. I visit a restaurant last year and it was delicious atmosphere was beautiful. This is not the same place I’ve visited last year

   Friendly waitress (Jo), brought red wine when white was ordered. The kitchen only had 2 burgers while we ordered 3. That was noon, not sure how they were already out, but maybe the food delivery was delayed as it was Monday? The sweet potato fries were cold by the time they were brought outside (that dish was brought out later than the other 3). The grilled chicken on the salad was overcooked and very dry. It took a long time to get the credit cards back when paying. Barely a passing score. It was not as good as in October last year (we are local). We will probably not come back.
