Just the check in experience was terrible as a new QR code system to check in was implemented. This system unfortunately had flaws. Some went through the website (those who do not have the OpenTable app) and joined the waitlist, whereas I went through the app which only had a time to book an hour later. Even though they said it is ok, we were waiting a lot longer than others and only when they saw our frustration did they seat us. Otherwise food was great. Had the laksa, five spice ribs on rice, wasabi prawns. All just yum!
