For this night, we have selected a very pretty……wonderfully savory, lighter & uplifting Tuscan Chianti to feature. This estate overlaps the subregions of Chianti & Montepulciano….& features the wonderfully aromatic & savory Sangiovese vine, which there, they refer to as Prugnolo Gentile.
