   Had a great Sunday brunch with the family while traveling in Chicago. Large portions, quick service, and very attentive service made for a great experience. Would definitely go back again.

   Never going there again. They ran out of food and the water didn’t bother to convey this for 45 mins post placing order. The second choice which we forcefully made, some items were still not available which was informed to us 1 hour later. Basic things like water, straws were missing from The table. We left angry, hungry. Never have I seen such pathetic hospitality were inspite knowing their fault the servers are smiling and just saying sorry we didn’t know because the chefs were angry tired of cooking and we didn’t know food is out of stock . The staff was pinning blames on backend staff it was just pathetic.

   The wait staff were rude and overwhelmed. Instead of being greeted by our server after sitting for 10 minutes, she said “Sorry, do you know what you want already?” It was all downhill from there. She brought the wrong beverage for my son. She got my husband’s food order wrong. When we asked where the appetizer was after waiting 20 minutes we asked if it was coming before our food. She said “it should.” She didn’t make any effort to check on it. The appetizer came with half the table’s order. When we asked about the rest of the food. We were told “hopefully “ it will be out soon. My thanksgiving plate was cold. The stuffing was hard and instead of the green beans ,my plate had wilted spinach on it. My husband had to pick all the onions off his food when it finally arrived. It was a complete disaster. The server didn’t really care when she asked about our meal. A manager came by, was apologetic and gave us a discount. The staff was overwhelmed because they were trying to seat walk-ins between reservations. Probably should have stuck to reservations only.

   the man at the front (unsure of name, hispanic i believe) was wonderful, but they were just understaffed. he’s taking names at the front, seating people, and taking orders. just took a while for everything because he had to take care of everyone!

   They serve a very good fried chicken sandwich... unfortunately both the chicken and fries were over salted

   This was great. The Haddock was fired perfectly. Service was excellent, the food came out hot and fast. My daughter and I had a great experience.

    I wanted to order one thing, but was talked out of it by my server. The item I wound up getting was bland and kind of a disappointment. A positive is that the food came out quickly so the whole meal was only about 30 minutes.
