   Always love coming here on a Friday night. My husband and I truly enjoy the live music and atmosphere of the place. We had the Ribeye Valentino and our food was delicious. Date night at Laundry’s is a tradition we don’t plan to scrap anytime soon.

   Our first visit will not be our last. Crystal approached us and immediately asked if we would like our photos taken. That’s a nice way to get our evening off to a great start. Of course, the food made it an extraordinarily fun time.

   Hostess great-asked upon seating if any food allergies; Waiter, Ramone, excellent service; Chef, Anna, outstanding, even came to table to talk about food allergies; General Manager, Nate, absolute delight; Food was outstanding. I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed a meal like that in a very long time!

   Our reservation was for 6:15, we were seated at 6:20, we were a party of 4. Took a little bit, maybe 10 min, for the waitress to come, ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer. About 30 minutes later, the wine came and we ordered dinner. Didn’t see the waitress again until about 7:45 and she told us our dinners were coming! When asked about the appetizer, she said it should have come and she was off again to check. The manager came around and asked us how we were doing, so we told him. Our dinners came a bit after 8:00PM, never did see the appetizer! One dish was a seafood pasta that was very good; another was the fried seafood platter, that was good but the fries were cold. We also has two different fish dishes, both came with broiled shrimp. On both fish dishes the shrimp was overdone, but the fish on both was very good. When the bill came we were comped the wine and not charged for the appetizer, but we were charged for something not ordered. Had to get corrected by the manager, another delay! At the end of the day, service is important and leaves as much of an impression as the food, so unfortunately we will not be back.

    We had a lovely dinner that was very much due to our waiter Jeremy. Food was delicious but the service is what made the experience memorable!
