   We had a kitchen error with one of our appetizers and the kitchen manager came out immediately to address the issue. Our server literally had no personality, energy or enthusiasm and that made for a less than great experience. Our main course was very good and the restaurant provided us with a complimentary dessert which was appreciated. Our server was young and inexperienced or unmotivated and for those reasons I walked away thinking I would not go back.

   Jonathon was our server for a party of 9 and did a wonderful job. Nate was our host and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend the restaurant.

   Laundry’s has beautiful ambience. The atmosphere is cozy and very upscale. Service was outstanding. Our server Ramon went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Nick, the manage, checked in often and was very attentive. Drinks were good, the calamari was a generous serving. We enjoyed the clam chowder. It was creamy and filled with clams. The wedge salad was huge. The stuffed flounder and asparagus was cooked perfectly. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the etoufee. We will return.

   Ok. Not great. Lettuce in house salad was wilted. Cutlery set at table was dirty and had to get a new set. Asked for but never got more lemon. In and out in 45 minutes. Ordinary and kind of pricey. Great location. Pleasant service.

    The food was terrific and the atmosphere is really good . The only issue is that the tables are too high in the booths. I’m 5-10 and feel like I’m sitting at a giant’s table. The table tops almost comes up to my chin!
