   Time to give this place a break. It used to be good but not anymore, service is slow and impersonal. Food is mid. No enthusiasm from the staff. We will no longer be eating here.

   Me and my girlfriend just ate at Eatly for a date night. We had a horrible experience. First, started with bread being cold. We ate it, should we have mentioned it early yes but we thought it was a one off. We also inquired about the menu to our waiter and he constantly was running off. Then we ordered drinks and mine came out first while my girlfriends’ took a while. Our waiter said it was still being made, but we could see he hadn’t made it yet. He proceeded to make the drink and mentioned “try this I’m not a bartender” and the drink was awful. He then had the bartender make a new one. Then our pizza came out which we were not impressed by, my girlfriend has been here before and it did not taste the same as previous. Then we decided to get pasta which had minimal flavor (lack of seasoning), when we mentioned this to the waiter he literally brought us salt and pepper to season ourselves. We asked for the pasta to be taken as we did not like it. The manager took it off without visiting our table. My girlfriend has been a server and has never had an experience like this. Usually if the customers do not like something the manager visits the table to make it right, we had to ask to talk to the manager to explain what happened. He said he would take care of us and reverse the charges for our dinner and mentioned discounts for next visits but proceeded to only cut the bill in half. Yes we ate the pizza and had the drinks as we didn’t want them to think we just wanted free food. But overall we were displeased with the experience. For this upscale of a restaurant the service and experience should be way better and if we were unhappy it should have been made right.

   Kathleen was great and food was delicious as always. Our appetizer of bruschetta was literally one piece of thin sourdough bread and cost $17 Hostess wouldn’t seat us outside even though there were open tables and wait staff. I showed that our reservation was for outside so then they agreed Too loud inside and it was beautiful outside.

   Everything was off, late only delivered after we asked, returned app as inedible. Yes they comped but was such a disappointing experience

    We love dining at the bar...just be a little patient, a bit understaffed for dinner service. (But we were late dining;)
