    Very accommodating. I have gluten and msg allergies. They had an allergy chart for most common allergies including gluten but had a hard time understanding msg allergy. Many restaurants use it to enhance meat flavors so it was a concern. I finally explained it as a spice and they understood. They only use salt on their beef. They also cooked lamb chops and sirloin special for me with only salt. The meat just kept coming and coming. My wife had salad bar only and it was all excellent. Service is outstanding. We will be back..
