   After just having spent tonight the most delightful 3 ½ culinary hours of our lives under the care of Marc the master server and his colleagues whose vast knowledge of the prix fixe menu and paired wines was truly itself spectacular and augmented the anticipation of each course and perfectly paired with the incomparable creative cuisine of master chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, my wife and I were left full of joy and gratitude for the immense effort the staff of this restaurant has put into perfecting their craft which we enjoyed nearly to the point of tears. If you can afford to splurge on a once in a lifetime exceptional culinary experience, you do not want to miss this.

   An incredible restaurant with a divine tasting menu that was top notch. Service was wonderful, and the meal was such a great experience.

   Started with the oysters and had the 4-course meal, with the wine course. Everything was outstanding and the wine course was incredible -- really complimented the food. Our server, Jonathan (sp?), was spot on -- very accommodating, excellent explanations and was always there when needed, but never over the top.

   The service and atmosphere were outstanding. The food was good. Very small portions for the price. Lobster was one bite of claw meat and was overcooked. Halibut was good. Presentation of food was beautiful.
