Le Colonial is a celebration of seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920s. With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Lake Forest, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Delray’s lively beachfront town square. For special occasions, our private dining space provides a bespoke setting for unforgettable celebrations.

We politely ask that our guests return the favor by joining us sans any of the subsequent athleisure attire. No athletic wear or athletic attire, designer athletic lines of any kind and model, beach flip flops or any beach attire, athletic slides, tank tops (men), cut-offs, sweatpants, exposed undergarments and excessively revealing clothing for indoor and outdoor dining.

    We sat outside on a perfect night and had a great meal. Chicken dumplings were fantastic as was yellow chicken curry. Beware of heat on chicken stir fry - get hot sauce on side and add little amounts at a time as it really packs a punch! Our server was fantastic!

    Food and drinks delicious, service and ambience excellent. Manager checked in to see how we were doing. We ordered the spare ribs, chicken dumplings, ginger chicken, and the striped bass.

    I was disappointed. I’ve gone to Le Colonial in Lake Forest,IL several times. The restaurant is spectacularly beautiful, the menu more interesting, the presentation nicer and the food is actually better.

    Our first time at Le Colonial was amazing! The restaurant has a lovely Casablanca feel, with palm trees and fringed pendant lights. The service was absolutely perfect and the food was very delicious. We will definitely be back!
