   While nobody even wished me a Happy Birthday (the exact day and it was on the reservation notes), everything was terrific. Familiar with the now-closed original NYC location, thrilled to have them here in Denver where, based on this first-time visit, it's even better. Coming during Restaurant Week, it was a good chance to try multiple courses, times 2 people, and every dish was outstanding. Well-plated, good portions and flavors...just wow. We'll be back regularly!

   The restaurant is beautiful & comfortable no noise when you sit away from main dining room …light and airy Food was not outstanding not memorable And took awhile to arrive Waitress did comp 2 side dishes(noodles & Brussel sprouts..very nice of her)

   Service was amazing! The food was excellent! Atmosphere incredible! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Vietnamese food that is not run of the mill.  you won’t be disappointed if you choose this restaurant!

   Hostesses are not very friendly. Food is bland and flavorless. My salmon was cold, not even warm. Service was really good (except for hostess mentioned above). Overall not impressed and will not be coming back.

   Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. It was not very busy, Saturday late afternoon for lunch. The ambience was very nice. Similar to the one in Chicago. The service was Curt, not chatty, a bit aloof, with exception to the Spanish man who brought my drink. He’s really the only one with a smile on his face, and seemed invested in his position. My server and hostess did not seem as though they enjoyed their job at all. I ordered the beet salad, and the halibut. I could tell the beet salad had been made previously at least one or two days before. The beets were mushy, and sitting on top of the smashed avocado, which was quite watery. Once again made several days in advance. The halibut came out and had a funky smell to it. I cut into it and immediately could tell that it was overdone. The edges were more than crispy, they were tough. After taking one bite, I set it to the side. About 10 minutes later my server finally came out, and she asked me how was I enjoying my halibut. I told her it was overdone and she asked me what I would like to do. I asked her to please take it back and prepare another one. She agreed to do so. Her words said we can prepare another one for you, but her demeanor meant why don’t you just eat it and stop bothering her. About 15 minutes later, my new halibut came out, and it as well as the vegetables and sauce were just barely warm. A food runner dropped it off, but once again did not see my server for about 15 minutes to mention the temperature. It was cooked perfectly this time with no funky smell. The vegetables accompanying the halibut were mostly onions, and the sauce was the correct consistency. There was no concession to me having to wait the extra 25 minutes, no offer for a dessert or coffee on the house. No apology, just a very curt demeanor that the server had been inconvenienced and had to take it back. Overall, just a mediocre lunch, nowhere close to the quality I received at the Le colonial in Chicago.

   From start to finish everything was excellent. The menu was just the right size. The food was incredible. Service was excellent. We will be dining there again!

    We happened to come in Denver Restaurant Week so we had all the best and favorites for $55. Wine pairings(extra) were perfection and yellowfin tartare (extra)to start was chef’s kiss🤌🏼 must try the lychee martini! Best meal we’ve had in some time!
