   Beef was very rare or overcooked. Could not eat most of the beef as it was tough and chewy, staff just continued to serve the same beef so it never got any better. Flank steak was dry and too tough to chew. The filet mignon was dry and overcooked. No beef was served medium to medium rare. Would not recommend. Pork was no better.

   Nick, was an amazing server!!! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Actually all staff members were very welcoming and friendly except one. This " gentleman " almost ruined our celebration. This person was an older, caucasian male, very tall. His body language resonated that he was irritated. Overall thank you for a good experience. Loved the PINEAPPLES 🍍

   The experience was great for our son’s 30th birthday. The service, food, and decor was wonderful. Our waitress, Margo was very attentive and courteous. Would definitely visit again.

   The food was ok. A lot of the meats were overcooked. The last round of meats were unsalted and seemed rushed. The pineapple was also a tad bit tough. But bare in mind it was close to closing when this happened. Due to them closing at 930p. Service was superb though, the gauchos and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to my parties' needs. I've been here numerous times, and I feel like everyone has an off night with food. But I'll give them a pass.

   The entire experience was great! Nick was attentive to our needs. He educated me on what’s to come because it was my first time dining with them. All the meats were delicious and ‘not dry’ and the salad bar was fresh! We will definitely be dining there again!

   We celebrated my wife's birthday with our children and grandchildren. The restaurant prepared long table to accommodate our group in an area of the restaurant where we had some privacy. Exceptional service in meeting the needs of our three granddaughters--cups with straws, high chair. The serving staff bringing the different meats were very professional and took their time to explain each cut of meat. Our waitress added a candle to my wife's desert so we could all sing happy birthday. Very enjoyable experience.

   For a Brazilian steakhouse in Greensboro, it met expectations. The food was good and it was a comfortable environment. There were times when the service was a little slow and you had to hunt or ask for what you wanted but I think that is a sign of the times that we live in where restaurants are a little short staffed.

    The meats were dried out and tough. We left with plates full of meats we did not care to eat. I have been to Leblon several times and never experienced meats so unflavored and dry and tough there. The waitress, Amy, was inattentive and took a long time to bring out glasses for whine, plates for the meats and my side dish of mashed sweet potatoes. We poured our own wine, though she said she would, because she took so long to come back. The sweet potatoes were cold and tasted only like old oil, (like mashed sweet potato chips refried in old oil) and they smelled like old oil. It was my friends’ first time and he said he never wanted to go back. This was an embarrassing evening for me as I chose for us to dine here and am disappointed in the whole experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share. I do not need any compensation for this experience.
