   I am usually a fan of this restaurant, but the quality of the food has declined. The tuna was overcooked, the scallops were nonexistent and swimming in butter and the fried calamari was cold. Overall, a disappointment.

   Our reservation was for 7:45 PM. We waited about 15 minutes before being seated, which was not a big deal as it was a Friday night. After being seated, we waited approximately 22 minutes before a server came over to greet us. In which time we put in our appetizer and drink order along with the water in rolls that the server said he would bring over. Quite a bit of time past before we received our drinks which will now watered down. Followed by our appetizer. We had to hunt down the server in order to get water. Our server disappeared multiple times and not only did he neglect our table, but the surrounding tables. Our main course was delicious. However, we did not get to order a second drink or dessert, because the server disappeared multiple times. We sat with dirty dishes on our table during our entire stay. I had to stand up and put my coat on and hold my credit card up in order to get the service attention that we were ready to leave. Because it took so long for the server to even circle back to our table we did not take our uneaten food.

   Started with a sangria, sushi and bread. The salmon was perfectly prepared. Finished with Bon Bons

   Our group enjoyed celebrating a birthday at lunch today at Legal, Chestnut Hill. We enjoyed our lunch. The food, service and noise level were very good today.

   Every time we go to Legal Sea Foods Chestnut Hill, the food is great, the service is terrific, and we leave saying how glad we were that we chose to eat there again. Not the cheapest meal you'll ever have but they consistently get the things right that make for a quality dining experience.

    The single WORST MEAL EVER! It should just close the doors!! We have been to this location as a Berkowitz ownership. This was over fried and cold scollops Broccoli cold and hard as cement. The manager could care less!! So not surprised.
