I feel like this is an overlooked gem, the food, the service, the ambience, the view - all 5 star, something that in South County is kind of hard to find outside of the beach hotels and a few Laguna restaurants. Weekdays are perfect, with devoted locals and weekends are not too crowded. Highly recommend anything on the menu, but the specials have always been excellent and not to be missed, especially the seafood.

Had another wonderful experience at Legends in Laguna Niguel. Nestled in a canyon about a mile from the ocean sits this gem of a restaurant. We've been i believe 4 times, and each time has been wonderful. From the beautiful of the surrounding hillsides/ocean views, to the options of patio seating, dining room or a sports bar, you have options depending on what you seek. Outstanding service from Zack, and a delightful menu with various items to choose from. Last night i had the Involtini de Pollo; a chicken breast stuffed w/Fontina cheese, spinach and prosciutto, in a pink vodka sauce. Wonderful dish, and the veggies were super great too! Loved their mashed potatoes! My husband had the Fileto de la Casa, a perfectly cooked filet mignon with a lovely red wine reduction sauce. He loved it. Perfect Cosmo and Kamikaze's too!! We are lucky to have such a great restaurant as Legends here in Laguna Niguel. Can't wait for next visit!!

We have been here 3 times now and each time we have experienced great service fantastic food along with a very welcoming owner and staff Everyone is friendly without being over bearing Legends is definitely one of our top 5 restaurants

We had an early dinner on Father’s Day which was our first time here. What a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is open and airy. Service was excellent - they didn’t rush us at all. The food was excellent - we had the ahi poke, octopus and lamb chops. The grilled octopus was very tender as was the ahi. The lamb chops were prepared perfectly with a nice sauce. We look forward to dining here again.

Beautiful restauant. We had a great view of the canyon. Service was great. Zach was very attentive. We let him know that we have an egg and nut allergies and he made sure to let us know if our order contained either. Food was beautifully presented, but the cioppino was bit too salty for my taste.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We really were wanted to love this spot since it’s in our backyard, but unfortunately it was just ok. Service and entire staff was great, but food was blah. Nothing exciting or worth going back.
