くすのき通り沿いにあるビルＢ１Ｆのレストラン。地下を思わせず晴天の日は日差しが降り注ぐ店内はテ－ブル１４席、個室１部屋８席の作り。メニュ－はお任せコ－スのみ。最高峰のお店の一つと言えます。再訪。アミュ－ズは有明海の海苔＆コンテチ－ズのガレット、稚鮎のベニエ蓼＆アヴォカドのディップ、アントレは、山菜と貝類クレ－マ胡麻＆生姜のソ－ス、桜鱒の瞬間炭火焼チ－ズ＆緑茶のソ－ス伊達鶏とフォアグラのポトフ、お魚はメバルのブレゼ人参のピュレ添えマデラソ－ス、お肉は乳飲み仔豚の炭火焼きクレソンのピュレ添えを頂きました。素材を厳選したお皿は完成度が高く、素晴らしい盛り付けとお味のお料理です。シェフスペシャリティのフォアグラは完璧で感銘の逸品。調理に加えて可能な限りサ－ビスもこなされ、お客さんを大事にされるシェフのホスピタリティとお料理は矢張り素晴らしい限りです。三度の訪問。オマ－ル海老ム－スと仔牛ロティに感動。

とても優しい味ですが、ぼんやりした味でなく、メリハリがきいていています。女性にちょうど良い量です。お値段は場所柄もあって少々高めです。覚悟をすれば問題ないと思います。今度はバーエリアも利用してみたいです。

立地、雰囲気、味、サービス、また食事の説明にシェフが出てきてくださるところなど文句のつけようがありませんが、当日関西弁の大きな声で話される方がいらしたのにはうんざりしました。わきまえてよと言いたかったぐらいです。他のお客様方は静かに談笑されていましただけに目立ちました。お店から一言あってもよさそうなぐらいだと思いました。

接客が少し残念でした。食べるのを急がさせられたり、最後コートを預けていたのに用意されてなかったり。。料理は美味しかったです。

料理は、味も素材もビジュアルも期待通りで裏切らないが、サービスがイマイチ。サービスに笑顔がないし、ワインサーブのタイミングも悪い。22時を過ぎたあたりから、早く帰って欲しいオーラを出しまくり。なんかいずらくなって早々に退店。料理が一流なだけに、サービスが二流なのが残念でした。

記念日で利用させていただきました。予約の際の電話の対応で少し冷たい対応だなと感じてしまいました。ですが料理はもちろん、とてもいい時間を過ごすことができました。料理が出てくるのが若干遅いようにも感じましたがそれも会話を楽しむ時間だと思えば全然問題はありませんでした。おいしい料理、サービスをありがとうございました。

何年かぶりの来店でした。以前来た時は、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で静かでしたが、今回は満席だったのもありますが、結構騒がしかったのが少し残念でした。お料理は見た目も楽しく、お味も美味しかったです。ランチでしたが、お誕生日のお祝いも兼ねていたのでお料理に合わせたワインを付けるのをお願いして楽しむことができました。また、何かの際には訪れたいと思います。

ディナーで伺いました。アミューズブーシュ2皿含め全10皿のお料理は、ちょうどいいボリュームで大満足でした。ヤリイカでスッポンやムースを包んだものや、フォワグラクリームとトリュフヴィネグレットソースの2種のソースをかけて食べる炭焼きトロトロの太い葱は、様々な素材の味や香りや季節感が堪能でき絶品でした。デザートのあんぽ柿と塩ミルクアイスには焼きみかんが添えられ、懐かしいような甘さにほっと幸せな気分にさせられました。提案してもらったワインも料理に合っていて満足でした。日本の食材の素晴らしさを楽しむには最良なお店だと思いました。違う季節にまた伺いと思います。
