   I haven't been to liberty Station in quite a while. Lovely location (DC Ranch), food was outstanding as was the service.

   Lunch was good. Atmosphere was nice . Love D C Ranch. Food came quickly. Server was ok. He did his job. Wouldn’t say he was overly friendly but was ok.

   This is one of our favorite places to dine not only for ourselves but for out of town visitors as the food is very good. If you get a dedicated server then you will be very happy with the whole experience. Tonight was the second time that our server was actually the bartender which means you get waited on when they have time between making drinks. Tonight it took a bit for her to even make it to our table to take our order. The food came out in a timely manner and was great! However, the service continued to be lacking due to her trying to do two jobs at once. Even getting our check was a slow process. We paid in cash so just needed her to stop back by the table to pick it up and I was just about to the point of taking it to the hostess. As I mentioned this was the second time this happened and it was the same experience the last time. I understand that being short on help happens but this frequency does make one think twice about choosing to have dinner here especially if you are bringing guests from out of town. I’m hoping that this situation can be remedy as we really do enjoy your restaurant.

   Always reliable tasty food. The brisket was especially good tonighjt, a new recipe or a new chef? Also had the carnitas tacos and the pulled pork sandwich. Three kids had childrens meals which they seemed to really enjoy, i.e. ate most of them. Started with happy hour drinks and snacks outside on the patio, then moved inside for dinner. A great evening all around.

   The service was excellent, quick and friendly, but we were disappointed with the food. Our disappointment with the food stems, not from the taste, but from other aspects. We started with an order of Firecracker Shrimp which were excellent. The brisket I had was very tasty, but it arrived at the table only luke warm at most. In addition, the corn bread was also only luke warm, but the butter was not warm so it was difficult to spread. My wife's fish sandwich was also good, but the buns on my nephew's hamburger were soggy. The hamburger itself was good. His corn bread was also luke warm and butter difficult to spread. These things should be easy to remedy and perhaps reflect a busy Saturday night.

   We have enjoyed the "Texas Brisket" many times. We brought out of town guests with us this time and I suggested the "Texas Brisket". What a mistake ! It was cold and tasteless, we all agreed that it was a poor choice. The brisket was tough , lukewarm and very disappointing. I am or may not return, but I definitely will not order "Texas Brisket" on a busy Friday evening.
