   Had an awesome time at Lima. Had a reservation for outdoor seating, but they managed to get indoor seating for us. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The dessert of this month was The Nutella Cheesecake..it was the best! 😁

   We do not miss Lima when we are in Aruba. The food is always absolutely delicious and the drinks are fantastic. We began our meal with the scallop appetizer and the ceviche, both were excellent. Our entrees included the cowboy style pork chop, the Lomo Saltado, and a lobster special. All three were tasty and filling. We ended the evening by sharing a couple French toast desserts, probably my favorite dessert anywhere. I cannot recommend Lima enough.

   From the beginning to the end of our dinner everything was absolutely delicious! We had the tuna tartar, cauliflower salad, shrimp salad, the branzino, filet, mahi,and the lobster entrees. Dessert was over the top! nutella cheese cake, french toast and flan all fabulous!

   We have been here multiple times, and will continue to return. Everything about Lima Bistro is exactly what you’d want. Impeccable service, great setting, beautiful restaurant and simply amazing food. This was our 1st night in Aruba and we have reservations to return for our last night. We started with tuna tartar and it was delicious. Their homemade sourdough bread and spreads were excellent We both had the fish special which was Mahi mahi. The preparation was amazing. We finished off our meal sharing the French toast dessert. Simply a must. Can’t wait to go back.

   Lima is brand new so having some growing pains. Hopefully as they continue to work together things will improve! We will try them again next year & sending positive thoughts!

   For an unforgettable experience in taste of Peruvian food don’t miss this restaurant. From the appetizer of bread toasted with a aji Maria based aioli and a red wine reduction butter the unique tastes explode on your palate. We ordered ceviche and roasted cauliflower for appetizers and tuna tartare and pork chop for mains and caramel custard with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Every dish was perfect. The only downside is it’s so popular, we were not able to get a table for dinner the next few nights to come back!

    The food was so great. First sourdough bread with lovely dip, caramelized leeks, beets were delicious, scallops with carrots omg and lobster Sous Vide over risotto fantastic. Had the special Nutella cheesecake. Heaven! Staff were all lovely. We loved it.
