   Third time at the original Lima and definitely the best. The four of us decided to go a la carte because there were two pescatarians and we basically went through the card. It’s difficult to pick a favourite dish because they were all sensational so it’s probably a tie between the tuna tiradito and the beef tatami - both out of this world. It’s not cheap with a round of cocktails pre-dinner, a couple of beers and two bottles of white wine, but for such outstanding food, it was worth it.

   Great food and nice ambience! Could probably use one additional staff person as it took quite a while to get water for the table and then someone to take our order. Definitely recommend but perhaps anticipate a bit of a wait.

   Really gone downhill since it lost its Michelin star. Despite their already limited menu they had missing items. A lot of their blockbuster dishes like chaufa fried rice, Cuzco one bread and warm seafood ceviche all gone. Tap water also cost £3 / person when by law it’s meant to be free. Also tried to pull a fast one and deny us the set menu price and the maitre’d was extremely condescending when we pointed it out. I used to recommend this place all the time - now I wouldn’t revisit even if they paid me to. Service was slow beyond imagination - each savory course took 30 mins to server - ridiculous considering how little patrons there were. Also as a point of hygiene - they lay the silverware out on the bare table - which the wipe off using the same table cloth for each table. You really couldn’t point any redeemable features out. Mains were also disproportionately seasoned and ceviche overly acidic compared to past 2 times. Dessert admittedly good - but honestly at the end of such a letdown of an experience- night as we’ll head to Maccas for a £ ice cream.

   Very nice environment, delicious food. Would like to mention that we had to wait a long time until the food arrived, and it was a bit noisy because of other guests at the restaurant. But still recomended

   Very good service and excelent food. This restaurant had one Michelin star, but not at the moment. Despite of this, is totally advisable.
