Both Maria and Roberto were our servers each time and both made our dining experience wonderful.

                                                                                                            Our waiter was great and the Spaghetti Nero was very good, but the pappardelle dish was a fail even though it had potential to be a great dish. The pappardelle was too thin and turned out very very mushy unfortunately which is a no no when it comes to pasta - especially at what’s supposed to be a legit Italian restaurant that should know better than to serve mushy pasta noodles.

                                                                                                            The waitstaff is very friendly and very attentive but there was a bit of difficulty with communication due to English being a second language. The food was excellent as always and presented timely by more wait staff than our server. We have never been rushed at all. It is quite loud inside. This was the first time we have dined here as a party of six. Unfortunately, I could not hear the couple seated on the other end of our table. We will definitely go back and just dine with four or less people at the table.

However / this restaurant is LOUD and really bright / kind of cafeteria-ish. If they’d put in some rugs and softer lighting it would be perfect. I’d also recommend they serve limoncello with the bill.
