   Once again, we try Limoncello in hopes that they have returned to their old glory days. Sorry to say they have not. They continue to hire people that don’t speak good English and that you cannot understand nor can they understand you. There was three in our party all three of us got our order wrong again. The last four visits have been the same. Very disappointed. Hope that something will change but it’s hard to say at this point.  We always request Brandon as our server, but we never get him, they obviously don’t even bother to read the special instructions as they are always in their requesting him as our server, and we see him, but we never get his table.. He knows the menu will and speaks great English, but he is the exception to the rule, unfortunately.

   Always a great experience. The food was fabulous and the service was great. We had a party of nine at a fabulous round table in the main dining room. Loved every minute of it.

   Food was very good, with exception of the chicken parm - it was dry. Pricing is higher than Open Table suggests, many dishes over $30. Seemed high for Italian food. Service was great and seating comfortable outside. Beverages for non-alcoholic drinks were very over priced.

   The restaurant was lovely, beautiful atmosphere, veal chop with shitake truffle shitake mushrooms was like butter, excellent. The tortellini stuffed with mortadella was also a hit. The baked clams were delicious. The service was very rushed and took our plates away before we were even done with each course. The whole meal, we felt as though they wanted to turn the table ASAP.

   Absolutely terrible service. One hour and 40 minutes and they still did not serve our dinner. No apologies, no nothing. Don’t go

   We have had lovely meals at Limoncello in the past. However, Wednesday evening as a party of 8 we may have experienced the worst service in our dining experiences. It began with our salad course. Each couple ordered a salad to share. One couple did not get their salad with the others. Since it was delivered by staff, the waiter was no where to be found. No one checked to see if all was good. (Totally not what you would expect from this restaurant) We flagged down a staff member for the salad which never was delivered. By this time one manager knew of the situation and said he would package it for home. No apology, just mistakes happen. At this point a waitress was attempting to attend to our table the waiter never reappeared. The main course was served to everyone at the table other than the person who did not get his salad. At this point we have been at our table a lengthy amount of time and needless to say he is hungry and unhappy. We again needed to flag a staff member it was delivered but was not what he had ordered. This was after a lengthy wait . Finally his correct order was delivered by staff with no apologies. No manager made any attempt to make him feel attended to. Several attempts were made to be sure manager number 2 understood the entire table’s frustration. Again, we were told mistakes happen. The table was cleared with the waitress brushing the crumbs on the table onto our laps. Then the check came with charges for 9 entrees for 8 people. Again we called over the manager, and inquired about if the restaurant was going to make things better with a future gift certificate or a comp of the meal, which he did. He also mentioned that he would personally pay for the salad sitting in the kitchen and would deliver that to the table. The owner was not at the restaurant so we asked for his contact information and we were given a business card with an email address beginning with info@.    Great as always. Had my favorite pasta with mushroom ( a special so not always on the menu) And I add chicken..yummy Pasta Bolognese. Ordered by 2 guests..delicious Fra Diablo spicy and full of jumbo shrimp Ceasar salad always cold and crisp

    Always delicious and a great night out. The pasta wheel special and the freshly sliced prosciutto are a must have.
