   From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience. The host greeted us with a welcoming smile and was able to seat us even tho we were early for our reservation. Our server was great! Friendly, very prompt, helped with pronunciations. Of course the food was perfect! We shared the kaassoufle, then we each had steaks cooked perfectly. The cocktails were elegant and delicious. We finished with crème broulee. This was our first time at Lisse and we will definitely come back!

   I took my husband to Lisse for his birthday and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the pork chop and it was raw. My husband’s steak was undercooked as well. The server replaced my meal but my sides were cold by the time a 2nd plate was brought out. They offered to buy us drinks and gave us a free dessert to compensate. We had been to Lisse one other time and had a good experience. Unfortunately we will not be back after spending $200 on a very poor meal.

   Love this little steak house. I eat a lot of steak in the Cincinnati area, and I will tell you there is none better. Nice quiet, and romantic place. Great service from all the staff.

   The food is usually wonderful but last night both steaks were overdone and a little tough. We love Lisse and definitely go back

   We dined here for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Highly recommend! The food and service were top-notch. Great atmosphere too.

   The service was extremely slow. I can’t rate the kitchen on it being slow, because I am not sure if that was part of the experience. Our waitress wasn’t seen very often. She was not attentive at all. We all ordered steaks. Filets. A total of three. They were all overcooked. It took so long for the waitress to come back and check on us that we just started eating them instead of waiting. When she eventually came back to the table, I voiced it. At this point, the restaurant was closing. She asked if we would like new steaks. I told her no because we had already been there so long. I told her she could just take mine off the bill and she did. She did make a comment that she came by our table after our food was delivered and asked if everything was OK. We told her yes. But we hadn’t tried our steaks yet. I was a little shocked that she made that comment. It was very disappointing. It was my husband and I and another couple. We went to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We heard so many good things about the restaurant.

    Overall the food was good and the location was great. I ate the Salmon and the Steak with my chief complaint being that the steak was a little underwhelming and the Salmon appeared a minute undercooked. I provide a four out of five stars for this reason however service was responsive and a great help. Due to the cold weather I did not get to go to the rooftop.
