   We made a reservation via OpenTable which was accepted and confirmed. We walked to the restaurant and it was closed. We double-checked our reservation and confirmed we had the right place and time. Called and left a msg with the restaurant and have not heard back from them. Maybe the restaurant is no longer in business? Regardless, i would not call this a good or enjoyable experience. It could be just a glitch in technology too, but who knows? Upside, as we had no reservations anywhere, we found a delightful, small kiosk style food vendor nearby and enjoyed a wonderful meal at a very reasonable cost. No reservations required, great food and lots of good hawaiin vibe! Ed

   TO be honest, main reason I went there was due to the iconic Ferrari from the original Magnum PI show. But, I love Italian food. I had Chicken Parmigiana , and some Bruschetta. Very good.. I wish they had some real cheese to be shredded on top, vice the pizza powder cheese. I did not know its a BYOB place either. I would have brought something. I will go back. Nice place, very relaxing. No rush to get you out.

   This restaurant either lost their liquor license or didn’t renew it. They don’t tell you this on their website. It is difficult to have a nice dinner without a cocktail and bottle of wine. They told us to go around the corner and buy something and bring it back. We left and didn’t return so I cannot comment on food. Luckily, we found another fantastic Italian Restaurant called Il Tapas that had availability, amazing food and service, and served liquor.

   Nice little restaurant, food was very good. I had Chicken Piccata which was not on the menu but they were very kind and made it for me. I loved that it’s not a big chain restaurant and more like a mom and pop restaurant. Our server was very friendly, attentive and happy to have us there. My husband had a pizza and we also ordered crispy calamari which at first looked kind of like onion rings but were actually pretty good. I would visit again.

   It was lovely, the atmosphere was great and the food matched the ambience. The owner was quite nice also.

    The food was not great: calamari were like rubber, risotto was too salty, lobster ravioli were just not good. They also forgot to mention they were out of pappardelle pasta until two of us had nearly finished eating, leaving the third person still waiting for a dish that never arrived. We asked several times about it before finally being told it wasn’t coming. They did offer a free replacement and took the original dish off our check, so we ordered calamari appetizer (didn’t want to wait for another entrée), but it wasn’t good. They also brought a free appetizer, but we didn’t enjoy it either. We appreciated the attempts to fix things, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.
