   Always a warm welcome, fantastic food and stunning wines. I am not a great fan of magicians at the table (I am there to enjoy the company of my guests, and do not appreciate the intrusion) but the rest of the party were impressed. A small wrinkle for me, in an otherwise impeccable supper.

   Excellent service, very very kind and helpful waiters. As well as this, the food was magnificent too. We even had a magician come to the table which made the evening even better! Would definitely recommend

   Very slow service, due to a large group next to us, we felt as if we were forgotten about as it took talking to three different people to be able to order drinks for the table. Food was nice, big portions which was good value for money. The staff are very friendly, security made us feel very safe and were very helpful, good ambience also !

   A bit haphazard when being seated considering we’d booked weeks in advance. We wanted to be seated upstairs as it was busier with more atmosphere as it was my birthday but was told that was for large parties only. Having said that our waiter was so helpful and attentive throughout our meal. I loved the fillet steak, cooked to perfection. Not so keen on the rest of the meal.

   I’ve been to Little Italy on many occasions with my family and have had the best time. However, last night was my birthday and after booking with OpenTable I was under the impression I would have received some sort of gesture to indicate my birthday, that didn’t happen. One of my friends approached two members of bar staff regarding this which they completely ignored. I didn’t expect much but after watching surrounding tables receive a small gesture I thought I would have at least of been shown an interest even if it was just to say hello and happy birthday. The service was appalling, thank God we didn’t have to pay for that. I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my drinks order to be made. The waitress (a man who blonde hair) wasn’t very polite at all. I was actually fuming that when I went outside to smoke, I returned and half my bottle of wine had been taken with the rest of my tables drinks. The bottle of wine cost £50 and I received no sympathy from your staff or reassurance. When I explained to the bar staff what had gone on, again they didn’t care and were reluctantly willing to help me.

   Really looking forward to a meal here to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. Arrived early but table was ready for us which we really appreciated. Confused by the menu which flagged many items as vegetarian despite also listing pancetta, lamb and other meats on the ingredients? Took our order for drinks, starter and mains. Drinks and starters arrived in reasonable time as did the main. Playing safe as my wife is vegetarian we went for pizzas which were lovely. Unfortunately after that we didn’t see a waiter despite finishing our main course and watching tables around us have their mains and desserts orders taken, arriving and then removed. So after half an hour we gave up went to the bar and asked for the bill. Paid and left. £80 two mini starters, two pizzas and two drinks was an expensive pizza date. Went round the corner to a well known chain for an ice cream dessert. Definitely not the night I had planned or hoped for to celebrate 21 years of marriage. After many enjoyable meals here that will be the last I’m afraid. Hopefully others will get better service
