   Took my mom here today for lunch for her birthday. A very beautiful venue! Love the attention to details from the plates, to glassware, to the fun striped straws! Food is on the pricey side for lunch, but very tasty! Our server was nice and attentive! The only downside is that that I did put in the reservation that it was a birthday and it was not acknowledged! It was a little awkward watching the tables surrounding us get birthday desserts and acknowledgments while my mom’s birthday was not acknowledged at all! Communication from the host stand to the service staff could be improved to avoid disappointment on special occasions! Also wanted to shoutout the bussers are very impressive with how attentive they were with clearing, water refills, and resetting tables so quickly! A nice addition to the Original Joe’s franchise that just needs a few tweaks to live up to the company reputation!

   We had a wonderful lunch at Little Original Joe’s! Service was impeccable, thank you! Food was excellent. We had the shaved Brussels sprouts salad and our friends had the chop salad. Both were fabulous. Our pizza was awesome and their French dip was worth raving about. A few cocktails and some wine…we had a ton of fun!

   We celebrated a birthday at Little Joe's today. It was wonderful - the greeting staff, the waiters, the food, the ambiance were all outstanding. The restaurant was filled with couples, families, people who were in work clothes and boots and a large group of women dressed to the nines. It was such a mix of neighborhood locals and out of towners all enjoying themselves....very San Francisco!

   We were celebrating my husbands birthday & it was perfect. The food, drinks & service was outstanding! We had a fantastic time. Will definitely be be back 😊

   This was my third or fourth time at LOJs and I’ve really enjoyed it each time. Fun ambiance, tasty food, decent prices, and lovely service. The pesto pasta was our least favorite dish, not because it wasn’t good, it just wasn’t special at all and could have been amped up a bit somehow. But, maybe a standard that meets typical expectations on that dish is a good thing for the restaurant. Stand out dishes: whipped ricotta app, beef carpaccio app (piled high with arugula, you don’t really need another salad if you get this for 2 people), the little gem Caesar, pizza - one with three sauces I forget the name at the moment, salmon, and eggplant parm were all delish and I’d order them again. I brought an out of town guest here as well and she loved it.
