   The Little Owl is one of our favorite all-time restaurants. Top-notch food, lovely service, ambience is intimate and friendly - everything is pretty much perfect. The only challenge I might concede is the noise level, which is quite loud. Otherwise, we couldn’t love it more.

   A bit confusing as they have two dining rooms. The main one on the corner of Bedford and Grove and a smaller one just down the street. The food service and ambiance is the same all EXCELLENT. I had the most delicious mushroom risotto and my friend the branzino. We started off with a pear and walnut salad. No alcohol except for wine is available. This is a perfect little GV restaurant.

   The food and the service at Little Owl is still as good as ever but it has now become like all the other restaurants where you have to scream to talk to your friends. . Not sure when or why they decided to start playing Disco music ( which I love when appropriate) . Sad, it was always a favorite.

    The only criticism is the grits were too watery (but still pretty good). All else great
