Good food conveniently located near both the Museum and Bots. Sunday roasts are a must with good size portions, that could only be improved by adding in some GF options for yorkies etc.

Meal with my sons visiting Cambridge. The venue was recommended. We were welcomed with a big smile and “Hello”. Couple of pints, tasty food. Good menu options. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and go back.

It’s the third time we’ve been here in a few months when visiting family in Cambridge. A great pub to have lunch at. Lovely pub food, a nice old pub ambiance and good service. Won’t be back in Cambridge until next year now but will surely be back.

A party of three for Lunch and professional chat. Food was good but they let themselves down in not having any gluten-free bread - it's really easy to keep a sliced loaf in a freezer! I ended up literally ordering a "Chicken club sandwich without the bread'! Admittedly I didn't think to ask for a carborhydrate substitute like chips (I forgot!) but then they charged full price for the absence of the bread! And that after I had pre-booked and added "Oats-free and Gluten-free for one member of the party, please" so they did know in advance. Will we go back? Yes = convenient, good ambiance and good food, and i suspect they won't have the same oversight ahain. However, i will reinforce the dietary request in the booking with a phonecall ... and strongly suggest - if you have a dietary requirement - that you do the same!

Starters were outstanding, as was my sea bass. My guest's roast beef looked excellent and was said to be very good but the Yorkshire pudding was overly crisp and the potatoes roast in name only. We prefer to come on a weekday rather than for Sunday lunch, though shall avoid the run up to Christmas.

Service was very average and unengaging and the food was OK. So overall a little underwhelming
