The Neighborhood prix fixe was very delicious, and a good deal (we did the wine pairing), but it did not feel like enough for a full meal and there wasn't the option to order anything else a la carte to supplement. It would be a great amount for a lunch, but for dinner it wasn't very substantial. Our service was also very lackluster.

We arrived for our 7:00pm reservation and no one was there to greet us. After standing around for about 5 minutes I went to the bar where the staff at least made eye contact. They said the hostess would be there in a minute. Then another waitstaff said the same thing indicating that the hostess was in the bathroom. We were shown to our table opposite those bathrooms. This restaurant/bar/lounge is very large - and yet we were seated at the very back next to the restrooms. It was drafty and cold. Our waiter bought me a blanket (normally used outside) which was very much appreciated. We ordered some wine and then dinner. Our salad came right away i.e 3 minutes. Then our mains came shortly afterwards. We still did not have our bottle of wine. The mains were at best lukewarm so we asked for them to be warmed up. Finally the wine appeared. A much warmer main dish appeared as well. Bottom line - this place is obviously trying to be a bar masquerading as a restaurant. Great cocktails by the look of them but little in the way of know how in terms of service for dinner. My dish was supposed to be roasted tomatoes and white beans as a cassoulet. The tomatoes were rawish. Very acidic. My partner's curry was much better. Surely at the price point charged, the dishes (all vegan) can be prepared with care and match the description. Our waiter was trying very hard to compensate for all of this and he was lovely. But the restaurant needs to decide what it is: Hipster bar? Vegan high style? Or? No wonder we could get a reservation on Saturday night. Go to Valette - they really understand what people want from a restaurant.

Little Saint is an amazing place. I think it's the premier vegetarian restaurant in the Bay Area. It is a beautiful space with great service. We came for the weekend brunch so we didn't sample the whole menu. Most of the dishes were great and well presented, but the choices were a bit limited. We will return next time for dinner.

Little Saint is the most amazing plant based restaurant I have ever experienced. Gourmet in every sense of this often used word. I have eaten here at least 20 times. The combinations, orchestrations, of taste and textures continue to astound everyone at the table. It is more than good food, it is about sharing and enjoying the love that has been put into it. And they source much of the food from their local Little Saint Farm. True stewards of locally grown, fresh, farm to table experiences.

Love this place! It's a little expensive for sometimes smallish portions, but it's worth it.Neither my meat-eating friend nor I have found anything we didn't like a lot. The ambiance is great and if you go during off-hours on weekdays, you can sit on the side patio in private.

Wouldn’t recommend the set menu on Monday’s, we didn’t realise that was the only food available till we were there. The butternut squash gnocchi was exceptionally salty, the rest a bit average for the prices. We had heard great things so were quite disappointed, but hoping this was down to the pre set menu rather than being able to choose things we liked.
