   Beautifully decorated and the meal again was one of the best meals I have had in Syracuse. Service by Daniel was outstanding. Like there was LIGHT in the food. Felt great after the meal. Even found a parking spot nearby.

   When my friend and I got to the restaurant we noticed that the restaurant only had a few occupied tables and marveled at the beautiful Christmas decor on the left side of the restaurant. However, were disappointed when the hostess proceeded to seat us in the darker side which had no lights on except for the table the hostess had sat us at. Trying to make the best of it and not complain, I took it upon myself to walk throughout the dark room and turn on all the table lights since the only lighting was from our small table light and the fireplace. Again, we had marveled out loud at how beautifully decorated the restaurant was but then were dismayed to be seated at as the room was extremely dark in a dark room. When our husbands joined us, they also questioned as to why we were seated in the darker and empty dining room. My friend’s husband then proceeded to ask the hostess why we had not been seated in the brighter room. Her dismissive reply was that the other tables had reservations… which caused further dismay because we had also made reservations, over a week in advance and there only seemed to be two or maybe three occupied tables in that “main” dining room. When our assigned waiter arrived, my friend again voiced his disappointment at the table assignment and our waiter was nice enough to go and resolve the issue and we were then seated in the well lit dining area. Our new waitress Misse then took our order and we ordered cocktails and appetizers and our whole night changed. Our server Misse was fantastic. She noticed when something was missing and was quick to replenish bread when she noticed that we had finished the 5 pieces that came with our appetizer and we still had leftover Feta dip. Our Santa Baby cocktails were amazing our entrees did not disappoint. Misse was amazing and turned our night around. We will be back… we hope we get Misse again! Loved everything about our night except for the dismissive hostess.

   This was one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been in. The food was amazing but the atmosphere was out of this world. The cucumber appetizer was so delicious. The cranberry spread. Tomato bisque. Everything so great. I don’t go out much but when I do this will be top of my list.

   LM has been a go-to for us before shows at the Landmark. Typically excellent food with prices that are in line with the quality. This time, despite half the restaurant being empty, service was very slow after beverage orders were taken. Both plates of salmon were overcooked yet still came out lukewarm, and the limoncello pasta/chicken had way too much sauce that it was too overpowering to eat - despite previously being a favorite in our group. The 2 plates of scallops were delicious as always. We all have off days, and we will go back to LM. But for $40+ a plate - higher consistency of quality and service should be expected. Or drop the prices.

   Beautiful location ! Reservation was at 9:30 and found out kitchen closes at 10pm . I think this should be noted somewhere. Felt rushed to pick anything , waiter was not very interactive and present during our reservations. Seemed like he was packing up the restaurant most of the time with the other staff members. Is there anything special they do for birthdays because we didn’t receive anything for a birthday celebration.

   We had reservations for 2. We arrived on time and on either side of the hostess station there were 2 beautifully decorated dining rooms for Christmas. The hostess took us all the way back to behind the bar and sat us underneath an 80 inch tv, which was also a main walkway for the staff to the kitchen. We asked to be moved to one of the dining rooms and she frustratingly said “sorry, I have a 10 Top coming in and another 20 top and I have no open tables in the dining rooms.” She then moved us to another “bar” table which was actually a kitchen island used as a table for 4. They have 3 of them. Still In the bar. They may look nice, but they have drawers on the side which prohibit you from both getting your knees under the table and from getting close to the table unless you sit on the edge of your seat and hunch forward the entire time. We ordered drinks and they didn’t come for over 20 minutes. We ordered an app that was flaming shrimp and after the server lit the flame, walked away, and the tower of flaming shrimp fell over on to the table. The $68 prime rib and the salmon dish we ordered was cold when it came to the table. The tabouleh salad tasted like smokey, no lemon or mint hints to be found. We were so uncomfortable at our kitchen island table that we couldn’t ask for the food to be warmed - we just wanted the experience to be over with. We had been to LM Social for drinks a few times and really looked forward to dining there. But unfortunately this was a one and done for us. There are far better options in Syracuse to drop $270 on a dining experience. Save your time and go to Pastabilities. You’ll have a great experience and get quality food and atmosphere for your money.

   What an amazing experience- we ate dinner it was amazing. The lobster bouquet comes with a creamy sauce that they should make a bread dipping sauce with that !! I have never had such a great experience. We rode the horse and carriage ride. Scott was phenomenal. The horses were tinker and tonk ! What a great experience

    What a beautiful family night! Our family of 6 enjoyed flaming appetizers! Amazing pasta and delicious desserts. Then we went for a carriage ride around Syracuse to see Christmas lights.
