L’Mour aims to take on the wonderful Borough of Barnet and bring a vibrant, exciting experience.
As individuals born and bred in London we fell in love with the community and everything in it.
We wanted to create L’Mour as a place to appreciate the beautiful, authentic, rich flavors and spices of the Indian streets in an alluring lounge setting.

    The first thing that threw me off was the fact that lmour doesn’t exist, as they rebranded to Blac and changed the menu. The service was very slow, workers was getting orders mixed up. The food was 3/10, we ordered seasoned chip ( I don’t remember what it was called but it had chill flakes on them) which was cold and tasteless. They decided to replace the chips and we chose plain chips instead, this was extremely dry as there was no salt on it. The only flavourful that I ordered was the peri wings and grilled chicken burger. Additionally the music was extremely loud, to the extent that the waiters couldn’t hear what was being said, visa versa. Overall I was not satisfied with the service and food, If you want an intimate, calm experience I would not recommend coming the BLAC (previously known as L’Mour )

    Firstly, the name displayed outside the restaurant was incorrect, which caused some confusion upon arrival. Additionally, the service was extremely slow. We waited a long time for our food, and after a considerable delay, we ordered the brownie with vanilla. Unfortunately, we had to wait for 65 minutes before it was finally served. To our disappointment, the brownie arrived cold and without the vanilla as requested. While I appreciate that we were not charged for the brownie, this did not compensate for the time wasted waiting for an order that was not fulfilled as expected.

    I was extremely cold upstairs while eating. Me and my partner were shivering and eating our meal from 6.00 to 7.30pm. Over 1.5 hours we were shivering , having to put our coats on while we was eating. The couple and tables next to us were saying the same. Really dissapointed.

    Was difficult to find the place as they have changed the name and never informed. Place looks nice unfortunately no heating. We were suffering through out. The staff said the cold air comes through the doors, not a good place during cold weather. We had to pit our coats back on while having food. Staff were so nice and polite, food was average. Management should do something about the heating during winter.

    The lounge is now called Blac lounge , customer service is not great and had to wait a long time to even order . Shisha is £37 which is also a high ask considering other lounges ranging around the £30 price mark.

    The food was not bad however the restaurant has changed its name to BLAC and this was not informed to me so I was outside for around 5 minutes walking up and down the road and only when I went inside I was told. The music was also very loud and the waiter couldn’t hear us. Overall the food was good but a bit pricey

    I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was incredibly poor—staff were inattentive and unhelpful throughout my visit. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for an item I never ordered, and when I brought it up, they didn’t seem interested in resolving it. The discrepancies between the menu prices and the receipt were shocking. The prices on the receipt were noticeably higher than what was stated on the menu. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. On top of all that, the food took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was subpar at best—not worth the wait. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they make serious improvements to their service and operations.

    Food was bad and very bland for the price I could of cooked better myself and the service was awful the whole time they were rushing us with everything even though it was quite , left a special note to bring out a happy birthday dessert and they didn’t do that either I would not reccomend
