   Second time here. This time for a lunch before a TSO performance. The food was excellent, the servers were friendly, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. Look forward to visiting again!

   Food was mediocre. Service was spotty. Robots as busboys noisily passed by throughout the meal.

   Great service. Very good food. Was very loud and made reservations we week out and was squeezed between two other tables for two. Could hear both conversations on either side easier than having a conversation ourselves.

   Let me start by saying the food was great. However, that was the only thing that was good. I had a reservation for 6:30 and called 10 minutes before just to let them know we’d be 10 minutes late because our uber hadn’t arrived. When we got there our table still wasn’t ready so they sat us at the bar. While sitting at the bar the table that was ours waited for the server to bring their bill for 15 minutes before they came up and had to tell her they needed to leave and to bring it. She finally did and we were sat 30 minutes after our reservation time. We then sat at the table as the server completely ignored us without a greeting or anything for about another 30-45 minutes. Finally, a manager walked past us and asked if we’d been helped. We gave him our drink order and he brought us two complimentary drinks while we waited. When we got our drinks they both tasted watered down and my espresso martini tasted kind of soapy. He took our food order and that came out quickly and was great. However, our server didn’t come check on us the operations manager had to again. I ordered another drink hoping it was going to be better but I didn’t find out because it never came. After waiting with our jackets on, a table full of empty drinks and plates we finally went up to the server and requested our bill ourselves. It was brought immediately but with the drink we never got still on it. We also realized we were double charged for our lobster rolls and the operations manager explained the double charge was the system and took both things off. Overall, this was a subpar experience. If it wasn’t for the operations manager attempting to pick up the slack I think we’d still be sitting at the table waiting for someone to greet us.

   Chose the restaurant based on location next to the theatres in the area. Upon being seated, it was close to ten minutes before a server came to take drink orders and we still had to ask for water at the end. We did explain that we had a 7pm show to attend. The server took our order for appetizer (lobster and cheese dip) as well as our mains (signature lobster roll and lobster ravioli). Our appetizer came about ten minutes after ordering which was great for a Friday evening, however, our mains showed up less than five minutes later (something will get cold as a result). The person who brought our mains wasn't our server but asked if we wanted another round which we did. We received our second round about 15 minutes after ordering just as we were finishing our mains. The funny thing was we could see our drinks during on the side of the bar for about 5 minutes before they were brought to us. My wife had to go up and ask for our bill as nobody was coming back. The food was great (lobster was plentiful in the dishes), the drinks were above average but if we could give a zero for service, we would. When my wife asked the server if the delays were due to somebody calling in sick, she responded with an indifferent no and walked off. While we understand it's one of the busiest times (Friday at 6pm), the food will only go so far when the server is salty.

   We had a very lovely birthday dinner and we also got a birthday dessert on the house which was a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed the food, overall service and the manager was a delight!!!

    Service was good but when we asked for the best recommended food, we were given the most expensive ones. The risotto taste was not that good. It was a little bland and was not worth the price. The lobster sandwich bun was too oily for me.
