Using one the best kitchens in the country, Local Three presents a neighborhood spot with really good food, beverage and service! Join us for a come-as-you-are atmosphere and "foie gras in your flip flops" ambiance with the best quality cuisine at affordable prices alongside intriguing wine and beer lists and a full bar. Chef Chris Hall was formerly Chef de Cuisine at Canoe and most recently helped Jay Swift open 4th & Swift.     We were impressed by the menu L3 sent us regarding their special menu for New Year’s Eve, not only for its extensive list of a wide variety of dishes but also for the very reasonable prix fixed 3 course offering. All 6 of our servings were exceptional. Most special were the short ribs and the crème brûlée. In fact we considered the brûlée the best we’ve ever experienced in 6 decades of countless dishes enjoyed both at home and abroad. And many thanks to M…. for her attentive service and especially for recommending the brûlée.

    We try to eat at all M&T restaurants but this was kinda a miss. The food which I expected to be amazing was just mediocre. However, I am willing to give it another try.

    Local Three rarely disappoints and a date night to the Feast of the Seven Fishes was no exception! Always fun to try their themed cocktails and the different menu was excellent.

    10/10 recommend! I’m a long term patron so I’ve loved this restaurant for a while. I booked a reservation for 7, one person has cancer, in a wheelchair and immune compromised so unwilling to participate in the buffet. I didn’t realize that they’d gone back to offering the buffet and it was the only option until I arrived. I immediately panicked because I promised my friend that there was a menu to order from. But the staff/chef agreed to prepare meals for my friend apart from the buffet!! Im forever grateful and thankful!!!
