   Took a while to be welcomed and asked for our drink menu. A separate server came over 3 times with drink orders that weren't ours. We had to ask for chips/salsa. The plates were underwhelming when served (at least half empty). The pickle Coleslaw came recommended and was bland with barely any pickle or pickle flavour. I think our server may have been new (he didnt mention it). But we had to ask for our plates to be cleared. He left the empty chips/salsa on the table for our whole meal. Just not what I normally expect for a Lone Star.

   Delicious food, great service. They are also currently running a promotion where each table gets a little piñata with a guaranteed prize inside. Super cute!

   Lonestar has delicious food for all dietary preferences. We are a celiac family and enjoy eating at Lonestar. There are many gluten friendly options or substitutions you can ask for. The staff is alert, kind and responsive. They check in often and make sure you are receiving everything you need. The working manager is in a different outfit and always close by. They also come and check in on your table.

   The service was very slow. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time so that we weren’t waiting too long for food. Even with doing this, we were there over an hour before food was delivered. When we got our food, it was dropped off. Two of us ordered the burgers and they weren’t what was ordered. No one came back to check to make sure our food was right until about 15 minutes after we received it. They did correct the burgers, but we didn’t want new burgers at that point because we had been there for so long waiting. They didn’t charge us in the end for the burgers. The rest of our food was OK but not the quality I am used to. We didn’t order dessert because when we asked how long they thought it would be they weren’t sure because the kitchen was very slow.     It was ok. $60 for 1/2 lb of chicken fajitas is way overpriced. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Music was good but loud, had difficulty having a conversation.
