Los Tamarindos a Farm-to-Table Restaurant is located in San José del Cabo, at the tip of México's Baja Peninsula, only a mile from the Sea of Cortez. The farm and Restaurant occupied the side of a former 19th-century sugar cane plantation. In 2003, owner and excecutive chef Enrique Silva spearheaded the property's return to agriculture, this time becoming a sustainable farm, one if the first in the area.

                  Lovely setting and dining experience: food, drinks, staff were great with low key / low volume music to complement the overall vibe. A bit ‘remote’ of a location (dirt road) but trust the signs/directions

                  We had an incredible meal and the beauty and uniqueness of the farm made it a perfect night. The service was ok. I heard another server diving deep into the menu for his table. Our server did not initiate with questions. Maybe she just was having a bad night.

                  What an amazing New Year’s night dinner! The food was absolutely outstanding, probably the freshest and most delicious food we have had in a while. The portions were perfect. The service was excellent! We never had to ask for water refills, drinks, etc. The manager/owner? Introduced himself to us and checked on us throughout our meal.  The ambience was perfect… Everyone was in a great mood and you just felt a really positive vibe. It was my husband and myself and our two adult children, and we were able to laugh and talk and have a great conversation along with the best meal we’ve had in a while. We will definitely make a point of returning. Oh yes! There was also live music and it was just the right noise level and the singer was superb.  Also—The menu was set, but there was a course that my daughter and I did not want, and they made an exception for us, which was so nice.  Best meal/experience in Cabo San Jose by far.

                  This is such a gem! Our favorite food and service experience in Cabo so far! If you like acre and flora farms, this one will blow your socks off!

                  Just incredible. We always make it a point to come to Tams. The grounds are stunning and the food is always TOP. We had a wonderful bottle of wine local to Baja. Beautiful evening
