A definite 5 star experience. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so wonderfully and it continued through the meal. I loved that we could book a table for 6 on Open Table with no issues, so many restaurants don't allow this. Everyone's food was divine - so far I've had the parmesan baked eggs and the heirloom tomato baked eggs which were both amazing! I ordered the eggs medium hard and they were perfect. Others in our group had the breakfast burrito and the smash breakfast and all raved about the meals. Love this little gem!

The place has a charming and inviting atmosphere. There’s patio seating, as well as additional outdoor seating in the courtyard area. Inside, you’ll find several tables and bar seating. It’s located street-side, connected to the adorable Skylark Hotel. Although they don’t have many reviews yet, the lively atmosphere and happy guests suggest it’s a popular spot. There was a bit of a wait for our food, but with a small kitchen and a relaxed brunch vibe, we didn’t mind—especially while enjoying Bloody Marys and mimosas. The lobster Benedict has limited availability, but luckily, I arrived in time to order it. When our food arrived, everything was wonderfully flavored and freshly prepared. While there’s room for improvement in the breakfast burrito, overall, it was a fantastic brunch. My son loved it, so we’ll definitely be back!

Once again our brunch was perfect. Our water glasses were quickly refilled, our server checked in with us and our food arrived promptly. LP will quickly become a PS favorite with its creative menu and attention to detail. Thanks for the suggestions.

Such a great evening at Lost Property. We sat outside with a view of the courtyard and a nice fire pit. The covered area with four or five tables was very cosy and felt special. Great tables and very comfortable chairs, they didn't skimp on the furniture outside! Our waitress was fantastic, as were all the staff. We couldn't decide what to order so we shared everything that sounded good on the menu - the burger (best smash burger in the valley - beats Heyday) the brussel sprouts were amazing - very sharable, the fried chicken was crispy, hot and delicious, the steak frites delicious - and the mushroom bao was excellent. We were very pleased and the food was enough for the four of us. We will be back

What a fun night at this newer PS restaurant. Ange was so engaging and made our experience fun. Loved the appetizers-nuts,olives and smoked salmon tackle box. Group enjoyed delicious smash burgers, lobster rolls and drinks. Very easy atmosphere outside near the pool and definitely a nice place to enjoy a casual evening with friends. Definitely will return again!

A lovely space with Marble Tabletops and period design. The menu is small, even more so when a main course, Branzino is off for the night. We had mixed results with our food…the dumplings are delicious and well presented, a word of warning, they are spicy hot due to the Chili crumble. My wife’s Caesar Salad was quite good, however the $3.00 up charge for a 1/4 avocado was excessive. Without the Branzino, I went with the Fried Chicken…the coating on this is 1/4 inch thick…too thick. The chicken was reasonably moist. Our server was very good, paced things well and kept our water filled. All in all a satisfactory meal.
