Our food is filled with flavors from all around the world, keeping families and friends in mind. We are growing a great deal of produce for our menu via our rooftop greenhouse. This is a great way to keep seasonal vegetables on our menu and introduce kids to real flavors. Our mission is to keep our menu fresh, fluid and relevant with input from patrons. Again, our community is our top priority. We want you to make regular stops at LOT ONE!

Lot One has a nice variety of foods to select from. The brussel sprouts were our favorite, but the street tacos, BBQ and cocktails were all very tasty. Will always keep this one in mind for a go to restaurant.

Prices keep going up - to where I'll now have to reconsider dining here regularly, as a neighborhood restaurant. Examples: $14 for chicken wings, $19 for a Havana sandwich. To make it worse, the food was not as consistently good as usual... the pork "medallions" were overcooked and the green beans over-salted.

The entrees were wonderful I had the Chefs Steak which was a NY strip the only negative is my Medium was more medium well and a little tough. The dish was well seasoned and the chimchurri was amazing-paired well with the garlic mashed potatoes. The appetizer was Brussels sprouts with bacon -best I’ve ever had. My husband has the lobster pasta and said it may have been the best thing he’s ever eaten, flavors on point and eggplant was exquisite. Cocktails were amazing as well. Definitely recommend.

Another amazing brunch! Love the atmosphere here on a Sunday. Tried an omelette for the first time - the bacon and whiskey onion was one of the best I’ve had! Always recommend the donut tower as well!

Had a great snowy night out with friends. Food was good. Our server, Grace, was wonderful. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable but only there when we needed her. She did a great job handing a price question when the bill came. Love this neighborhood eatery.

We always have a great experience at Lot One. It’s a neighborhood favorite of ours. Great for date night or meeting friends. Our Valentines night was on point. Servicers were attentive, drinks came out fast, food was delicious. We love going and getting their apps. The whipped cheese, chicken bites, shrimp and truffle fries was our dinner last night. Would order it all again.
