    Lou’s was so delicious. But OpenTable sent us a message a few hours before our reservation telling us that we can preorder the pizza by replying to their message. Do not do that! That doesn’t work and the restaurant said they don’t receive it on their end. Just call the restaurant to preorder the pizza!

    It's awesome to have gluten free crust options, they are fairly tough and the taste has been a bit inconsistent but it's hard to really complain

    Good food and the location is great, the pizza took about 50 minutes to be served but this is pretty common and was disclosed upon ordering. Great place overall

    We loved this place! Busy restaurant with a relaxed vibe, good service and delicious pizza. The garlic bread app was also yummy. Perfect spot on our weekend trip to Chicago!

    Deep dish was on point - fantastic. Pass on the thin crust. Perhaps not their specialty, but just sub par. Malnati’s salad also terrific. Service…not so much.
