Great place for Chicago Deep Dish. Atmosphere was good. Pizza was phenomenal. Oddly, they only had two servers working, so that was tough in regard to getting refill, etc.

Classic deep dish pizza, the owner Manny personally came by and made sure everything was the way we wanted it! His entire staff is very attentive and the food was amazing!

We had friends and family rave about Lou’s. Which usually tends to set the bar really high, and leads to disappointment. But this not only lived up to, but FAR exceeded our expectations. Not only first trip to Lou’s, but first trip to Chicago ever in my wife and i’s life. It was to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. This was a great way to celebrate…. With pizza? No! With Lou Malnati’s pizza!!! Only one major complaint about Lou’s… We will never be able to enjoy pizza the same way we used to, anywhere else, ever again!

Large portions and friendly service. Disappointed we could not eat outside despite open tables. Caesar salad was tasty as was the pizza! Coming back.

Took awhile to get waited on. Pizza was as good as ever but canned cocktail was terrible. Need to have a bar!
