   Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait quite awhile for a table. Once seated we didn't have a server come to us for at least 15 minutes when we finally stopped someone. Once she was helping us she was great! It just seemed like the place was severely under staffed. The food was pretty good, nothing live-changing. I would suggest doing what we did and order your pizza be fire you are seated to expedite the process.

   Very slow service. They say it takes 30-35 minutes for pizza. Our took over an hour. Our appetizers came out cold as well. Overall a disappointing experience.

   We order Malnati’s pizza online for delivery to California occasionally, and we already knew we loved the frozen versions, so we were excited to go get a couple of freshly made pies. Sadly I missed the OpenTable message from the restaurant advising us to preorder any pizzas, but Felix (our server) was up front about the 30-35 minute delay for dine-in pizza orders. We settled on a house salad to help stave off our hunger, and that came out in a reasonable time frame. After 45 minutes I flagged Felix down as he serviced the large group adjacent to our table, and he promised he would check, and that the pizza wouldn’t be more than another five minutes. It took less than two for him to return with the two personal pies we had requested. I was expecting them to have been sitting around in the kitchen for a bit, but they arrived hot enough to dispel that concern, and they were great. Expect a busy house on Saturday nights, and preorder your pizzas!

   The wait was over an hour for the pizza however I was in good company and the drinks were flowing. The food was great when it came out.

   Don’t bother pre-ordering. They’ll “lose” your ticket and have you sitting with no service attendance to check in for over an hour and a half. We had to flag them down multiple times to receive attention. I understood it would take long but not that long for what we ordered. They ended up comping the pizza (small thin crust cheese pizza btw) and gave a free dessert. Server was nice and empathetic, but regardless was not a positive experience.

   Took the last seat at the bar, service was great bartender was fast and attentive. Had a glass of Josh Cabernet with the class Lous deep dish pizza. Sausage was gold with a little spice to it. Buttery crust and great cheese combo. Overall great pizza and service!

    The food was great, our server was fantastic and it was great to be able make a reservation on open table.
