    A pesar de tener reserva tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos para sentarnos y esperar la comida por más de 30 , la atención del mozo no fue buena , es la primera vez q nos pasa , normalmente no es así pero ayer estaban como desbordados , no había ni pan en un momento

    Our reservation was at 6pm and I called the restaurant at 5:57pm due to we were driving around struggling to find the parking. Joan picked up the phone and was very rude by kept cutting me off from finishing my sentences. She said, “don’t spell your last name and just tell me that you’re late”. Although I understand that it was Saturday night and it got busy, it was unacceptable to treat your customer that way. I honestly was stunned because I had a complete different experience when I went there for the first time last year. The reason why I still gave 5 stars is because our server and the meals were excellent. The general manager also decided to waived off the charge for our dessert. That was very nice. Please retrain your front house to speak properly on the phone with the right etiquette. To conclude, I will still recommend to come here and just be prepared for the crowd during holidays and the weekends.

    Overall, the food is great, but we were a party of four and knowing it was New Year’s Eve we understood we needed to get in and get out. We were rushed-one piece of bread and then no more bread for you! we were in and out in 45 minutes, which is fine, however we had a party of sixteen total friends/family that we couldn’t sit with so we separated into 3 tables. Our friend (two tables over) brought over a plate of untouched appetizers and the server literally stopped him and picked it up off of our table and said you can’t do that! “You can’t do that!” We couldn’t sit together but we were all together as friends and family and the server stole a plate of appetizers right from our table. Not to mention, combined we are restaurant owners in Philadelphia-total of 6 restaurants among us and that’s the reason we went to this restaurant- knowing the owner is from Philly. It was insulting and downright embarrassing!

    Absolutely delicious food and great drinks! Very busy so I am happy we had a reservation. Still got sat a bit late but it was worth it as the restaurant had great energy and Mario was a fantastic server! Can’t wait to come back!

    I usually love this restaurant. I know we are in season now in Fort Lauderdale and it's going to be way more crowded. We had a table inside near the kitchen and all the food that was either getting boxed up or thrown away went right past us. People were standing at the bar so everyone that went past us kept bumping into the backs of our chairs. Then multiple times waiters dragged bags of trash right near our table and they smelled so bad. We probably waited about 45 minutes for our pasta. The noise level in there was out of control you couldn't even bother talking. If you go there you have to get a table outside or go not in season
