   We have eaten here for years and the quality of the food has always been excellent. Last year we went to Italy and we think Louie Bossi is as close as you'll get to authentic Italian food without making the trip.

   Whether you go as a couple or large family, Louie fails to disappoint. Lively atmosphere, great service and delicious entrees. A must go to restaurant for visitors and full time residents. You will make this one of your favorite restaurants!

    Extremely Disappointed – Longtime Customer No More I’ve been coming to Louie Bossi’s since it opened. Over the past decade, I’ve brought countless friends and family here and celebrated many birthdays—this was once my favorite Italian spot. Sadly, after my most recent experience, I will never return. I had family visiting from out of town and wanted to share this place with them. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait 50 minutes. The hostesses—one short with blonde hair, and the other taller with curly hair—were shockingly rude, even going so far as to call me “so aggressive” to my face in a taunting tone. When we were finally seated, she didn’t offer a single word—no “thank you,” no “enjoy your meal,” just silence and attitude. The environment felt toxic. Waitstaff were openly gossiping about customers in earshot, and our thin blonde waitress never once checked in on us during the meal or asked if we wanted refills. The food came out cold and undercooked. When I mentioned this as our plates were being taken away, she simply said “okay,” with no apology or attempt to make it right. This was a complete shock, especially considering the years of consistently great service and food I’ve previously received. As a local who has lived on Las Olas for years and works in customer service myself, I was disheartened to see how far the standards here have fallen. I truly hope the owner becomes aware of what’s happening to his once well-regarded restaurant. I’ll be warning others to steer clear of Louie Bossi’s from now on.
