   First time and really impressed by the place. Food was delicious, definitely you have to share and I recommend the classic chicken souvlaki, love it ! Wine selection is great. Need to come back to try cocktails. Great service.

   I really enjoy the ambiance and food at Loula’s. Service is always great! However the music was soooo very loud on Friday night, it was nearly impossible to hear my partner. If it had been a bit less noisy, it would have been a much better experience!

   Been there last year and food was amazing and fresh. This time the food looked unappealing. Soggy potatoes. Not crispy or fresh tasting. Very burnt soft tops. Greek salad was half the amount and looked and tasted like it was in the fridge several days. Definitely not freshly made. The only fresh part was the onions and feta. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a delicious dinner. Staff were great as usual but the food was absolutely terrible. I would be embarrassed to serve the quality that I had yesterday.

   We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and the service was top notch. My picky 12 year old eater was very happy with his dinner. We will go back for sure!

   The ambiance wasn’t that great. There was a DJ and that’s it. Way before when the opened there was dancing and singing and breaking plates and stuff but non of that now. It’s just dinner and music like everywhere else

   We had a reservation, but despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were seated at the worst table—right by the door, where it was cold and uncomfortable. When we kindly asked to switch tables, the manager was incredibly rude! Anyways, we won’t be coming back.

   Loved the decore and atmosphere of the place. Is great to eat family style with a group. I personally loved the dip trio and the ragu rigatoni

   This was really disappointing. I booked Loulas for my mom’s birthday dinner, as she loves Greek. I had been in the beginning of January and had a fun time smashing plates with my friends. When I shared the idea with my mom, she was very excited. Our reservation was for 5:00, and we were sat at the one round table that was in the center of the restaurant…which, at the time, was relatively empty because they had just opened for the night. My mom was hoping for a spot that was away from the door/entrance, because this was such an awkward table. So when I politely asked the host staff/manager, they said that they’d “look into it and see what they could do”. Meanwhile the server came along asking for our orders and nobody followed up regarding the table. The manager essentially ghosted the question. So I got up and asked for a follow-up. His response was “I didn’t want to come to the table and say it in front of your mumma, but there’s nothing we can do”. Then, the server shared that “plates can’t happen until 10 PM for the later reservations because it’s a disturbance to the other guests”. That was never told to me upon booking. I has specifically requested in the booking notes that my mom was hoping to smash plates. If this was a “no go”, I would have expected a follow up on my reservation note as I booked two weeks in advance!! No one said anything to me and it’s not specified on the booking app or their website. The server said “she would see if we could smash a couple in a different area” and, again, I received no follow up. I then addressed the manager again myself, to which he said “they can’t do it” in a very nonchalant manner. I shared that this whole experience has been disappointing, we got pushback for such minor requests and how I had to follow up every time because the staff was continuously ghosting us (we were a very polite table), and he said “we will make sure things are cushy on the way out”…which they didn’t. Very poor management and service.

    Birthday party. A bit low ceilings would be a great venue either way higher ceilings do noise can travel up. Had to talk really loud Fun lively spot and good food
