   I have been coming to Lu Lu every time I visit WSUTC and it is always my first and favorite place to go. This was the first time I had the opportunity to sure my favorite TC spot and this is now our department go to spot in Richland. Thank you for being just as amazing now as when I first visited in 2015.

   Enjoyed a nice birthday dinner with family. The staff was wonderful. My MIL uses a walker so it was great that they have access to the main dining room via a ramp that is used by the wait/service staff. They cleared the path when we were being seated and when we were exiting. As always, our meals were yummy!

   Wasn’t a huge fan of the food that was served. I don’t understand the appeal of the pig candy. I’m sure if I ordered different food I would have enjoyed it much more.

   Always a great experience whenever I go. I went this time with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday and I was surprised my dad had never been there - he loved it and can't wait to go again! Thank you!

   Had dinner reservations for 5:15 for 5 people. Two showed about 5:10 and were seated. Then they were asked if “we’d be done by 7:30”. Not really a big deal but was just odd and a tad bit rude. Other members of the party arrived about 5 minutes later. They were told to “go up the first set of stairs and we’d see our party “ ok um can honestly say I’ve usually been escorted to the table rather than just given directions. All and all just a very odd experience by the host

   My dates food came out hot but my food which arrived at the same time was cold and I did not order a dish that was suppose to be cold.

   Great time, fries were arrived a bit cold, but we had a great server and gave us a new plate. The steak Thai salad is excellent.
