Chef Frank Bonanno dug into his Sicilian heritage and east coast roots to create this authentic, rustic Italian eatery. Luca has amazing personal touches from the daily made breads and pastas to the meats and cheeses cured in house, to the charcoal drawing of Bonanno’s son (and the restaurant’s namesake) that hangs in the dining room. Luca is heartwarming and satisfying from the wood-fired pizzas to the hand-rolled pastas to the perfectly seared proteins. It’s not your ordinary pile-of-pasta-and-sauce Italian joint; it’s the real (and tasty) deal.

We’re celebrating our anniversary and the most romantic night of the year with a special 5-course menu: First: Burrata, Orange and Blood Orange Segments, Candied Pistachios, Mint, Grilled Ciabatta. Second: Fresh Bibb Lettuce, Pomegranate, Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette, Mozzarella en Carozza. Third: Crab Agnolotti, Lobster-Tomato Sugo.     My experience at Luca has changed the course of history, bent the fabric of space and time, and shifted the paradigm in my favor. After a meal here, I am reminded of life’s beauty and pleasure. The burrata and prosciutto added genomes to my DNA and I am now superior in all aspects of life and the beyond. The Saint Pair cocktail gave me the heavenly visions. The pappardelle bolognese linked my consciousness with the infinite knowledge of all things. 10/10 would return

    What an amazing restaurant that is wonderfully staffed with some amazing food!! Truly one of the best in town for some good homemade Italian cuisine. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to explore it!

    We had a fantastic NYE 5 course prepaid dinner here. Nice table for two and wonderful server. Welcome Prosecco followed by Red wine Barbaresco to accompany the delicious filet mignon. We got two desserts and a take home Tiramisu also. One of our most favorite restaurants in Denver One can’t go wrong dining here.
