   Nothing to like here. Noise level was almost too much to carry on a conversation with piped in rock music, not the crowd. Hostess set us just inside the entry where everyone passed by coming into the restaurant, even though there were many open tables, and was annoyed when we asked for a different table even before we sat down. Service was fair at best. Our waiter, Arturo, was seldom to be seen after he took our order. We had to find him and wave him over to refill our wine glasses as he had put the wine in a bucket and set it out of reach. And again to get a second bottle and again to refill our glasses. Another person brought our salads, another our entrees, and a third brought extra Parmesan after we asked. No one checked to see how our meals were. The food was fair at best, not what I expected. Our ceasar salads were drowning in dressing, ugg. One of us had the sea bass. It was miniscule in size, over cooked, and smelled very fishy, meaning old and beyond it's time. Another had the raviolis which she said were fine. I had a pasta dish that was just OK, edible but not a do over. Another a pasta dish that was just OK. No deserts as we had to leave for our show reservation. We had to summon Arturo again to get our check. We asked to have the check split onto two credit cards as we were going to split the bill, as we often do, with the other couple, and he said he had no way to do that. What??? He left the credit card machine with us to figure out how to put the balance on two different cards. Really??? Did I mention over priced? Yes it was. Maybe not for Las Vegas, but for the poor service, poor quality food, and overall poor experience, I thought it was. We will not be returning.

   We expected a good meal and great service at this upscale restaurant at the MGM Grand. Sadly that wasn’t the case We both ordered unsweetened ice tea. 5 minutes later we were informed the “ machine is broken “. Having worked in a 4 star restaurant, I knew one merely brewed hot tea and then poured it into over ice. Entrees are totally alacarte. I ordered a potato concoction to accompany my salmon. A small piece of salmon was brought to the table- no potatoes. I informed the server and then the waiter. I ate the salmon- it was good- at least ten minutes passed after the salmon was finished before the potatoes arrived. No apologies. We were never asked how our meal was. This is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone an expensive one.

   We randomly selected this restaurant since it was in our hotel and we wanted Italian. We were not disappointed! The server was very friendly and helpful, we were not rushed, and the food was excellent. The warm focaccia bread appetizer is a must order item. It was the best bread appetizer ever. The restaurant was a great value with quality food and service.

   Food was just okay for the price. They were having computer problems so we didn’t get drinks for 15 minutes. Server was nice and kept apologizing but I probably would not go back.

   The service was terrific. The Eggplant appetizer could have been a meal. It was excellent! Gelato was enough for 3-4 people and was outstanding. The salmon and branzino as well as the pastas were great. Lots of food. Good wine list. Highly recommend.

   Such an amazing experience! The food was AMAZING! The ambience was great, music was Perfect! I can’t wait to come back again ! It definitely was a 5 star experience hands down !

    Staff have attitudes and are not friendly. They do not make conversations bartenders have been rude to us. We probably will not go back even though we own property there and are in town every week or two.
