   We were in town for an event and wanted some good pizza. Lucille was a mile away and so we decided to make reservations. Service was extremely disappointing. It took 25 minutes to see our server after being seated, and after that, only again when we got the bill. We had to ask the food runners for water, as our waitress was nowhere to be found. Even the table next to us had to track someone down for refills, boxed abs that check. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse. The pizzas were just okay, overpriced for the size and quality. However, the cheese curds, chips, and salsa were good. The atmosphere was loud, making conversation difficult. While most the staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful, our experience was far from great. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be returning.

   Super cool atmosphere. Clear that the owners and staff take pride in their craft. Drinks were fun and food was great.

   The pizza was great, as were the nachos but I was disappointed with everything else. Our server was slow, the wine selection was shockingly limited for a pizza place (most expensive bottle is a twist off?) and the music was so loud we couldn’t have conversation.

   What an incredible restaurant!! We were visiting Madison and Lucille was recommended to us by a friend. The restaurant is beautiful and we loved the vibe. The servers were so wonderful. And the food!! We got the Queen pizza and the cheese curds. Highly recommend Lucille. Can’t wait to go back!!!

   The chicken on our pizza tasted like Costco rotisserie chicken meaning it lacked seasoning. And it took forever to come.

    Even though the reservation was made more than 2 weeks ago and we could only get a 3:00 time slot— that was no big deal. We got a fantastic table on the 2nd floor, our server was a delight and very helpful, our food was incredible— just an all around wonderful Valentines Day “linner” (lunch/dinner)! It’s really no wonder it’s hard to get a table; this place is our favorite!
