First time going, and I was so pleasantly surprised. The food is absolutely stunning, would highly recommend the Kyoto cucumbers. When I went we ordered quite a bit of food and the smaller items on the a la carte menu came out quite quickly one after the other. The mains took quite a bit of time, but the kitchen was backed up on that night so it was understandable. Overall, the food was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place. Great cocktails too, and they also have a brunch!

Overall we enjoyed our evening. The service was on the slow side, I appreciate there’s a fine line between not feeling rushed, but it was slow. So slow, they volunteered to take our dessert off our bill, which was nice of them.

We were really looking forward to dining at Lucky Cat, but the experience was so bad we had to leave without even ordering. When we arrived, we were told our table was being "prepared," despite the restaurant not being full. Once seated, we waited over 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us. To make things worse, a small woman with glasses was blatantly rude, openly talking about our table while we were trying to get service. When we finally decided to leave, she sarcastically asked why—like it wasn’t already obvious. When I told her it was due to poor service, she didn’t even apologize—just rolled her eyes and walked off! Not to mention, the music was ridiculously loud, making it impossible to have a conversation. Clearly, the staff could use some serious customer service training because the lack of professionalism was shocking. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and not worth the hype. Plenty of better places to spend your money.

This was such a surprise—I loved the experience! Learned advanced cocktail-making skills, got a tour of the restaurant, and met some really great people in the class. Totally worth the money! A fantastic couple-hour activity with a buzz—left with tons of laughs and even some snacks at the end.

Dîner avec DJ, ambiance plutôt bruyante. Service aux petits soins sans être « lourd ». Nigiri wagyu, tempura et bao excellents !! On reviendra avec plaisir.

Service was a bit rough at first but once the main waiter arrived things improved. Food is quite tasty. A little loud with the music which made it difficult to hear one another but overall a decent experience. Be prepared to spend.

Nice experience from start to finish, service was good and so was the food. We had a lovely table, there was not too many people, but we did have an early dinner which was perfect. It was quite expensive, but we did have two cocktails, and some wine. But the food was rmlovely and it was a place I wanted to try for a couple of years.
