   Food, service and prices were excellent. Celebrated my birthday with my Sons and Brother. Comfortable ambiance and excellent food with large portions

   Always the best ! Every single meal we've had is a 10! We come here almost every weekend knowing we will never be disappointed by the food, drinks, and the staff is the best ! Vibe is family oriented and comfortable wherever you sit ..... Calamari is an 11 😂

   One of thee best restaurants you will ever find in CT! We happen to pass it about 17 years ago because my 5 year old screamed out..."Mom that's Luigi's Restaurant? Is Mario there too?" He begged us to stop and eat there ...so we did. It was fantastic then and it's phenomenal now! It has been renovated and looks beautiful. plus has outside seating. from the minute you walk in your are greeted and feel so welcomed. The Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is just outstanding. The thick crust Pizza is our favorite. Have never had a bad meal there. We make it our GO TO when in the area (we are from Long Island NY) or we try to use it as our STOP to eat as we pass through Old Saybrook. I recommend 100 %!!

   Dinner was delicious. We had the veal parm and chicken Marsala for dinner, small salad and calamari for apps. The staff were very attentive. Drinks yummy. Surprised by the bill - in that I expected it to be higher - I actually checked to make sure they didn’t miss something. Definitely will be back and telling others about our experience.

   Food is fresh, salad was very good all ingredients very fresh. Great bread; the meatballs and sauce are delicious. Very moist, juicy, and homestyle. It's very old school Italian. The service is exceptional!! They want their customers satisfied and the staff makes dining a pleasure.

    Luigi's is a consistent very high quality, great value, Italian icon in Old Saybrook. the wait staff are friendly and always helpful. Nice to see this multi generational family owned eatery continue to thrive
