Lula Bistro in Guadalajara offers fine dinning inspired in México in a contemporary and chic setting. It is renowned for its tasting menus which are eight and twelve course and it also offers _Menu à la carte_. Lula Bistro is one of the most well-regarded restaurants in town and has French and Mexican accents throughout. The plates are artistically displayed and the service is impeccable in this top-notch restaurant. Recommended dishes at Lula Bistro are beef filet, suckling pig with orange mole, octopus, mango crème brulée, cardamom _panna cotta_ and key lime pie. New dishes are available seasonally. The wine list matches the d_cor and sophisticated food and includes a number Mexican vintages.

Incredible service, tasting menu with wine pairing.. delicious art on a plate, could compete with any Fine dining restaurant any where, this is a foodie heaven spot!

Es un lugar excelente! La comida lo mejor, excelente servicio, lo visitamos cada vez que vamos a GDJ, su menú siempre cambia y es interesante su mezcla de sabores, su presentación maravillosa

Seemed to be a big hype. I had to go out of my way to pre- pay for my special valentines dinner because I was told that even though I made reservations, there was no guarantee the restaurant would honor the reservations if I didn’t pay in advance. The google address for the Lula Bistro sent me to a whole other area in a not so friendly part of town. I relayed this to restaurant staff, it was met with a shoulder shrug. I had to more than just confirm but reassure them I was going to be there numerous times. I expected quite the show and was an “OK” experience. Was charged for two glasses of sparkling wine that I was told was included in my initial dinner. By this time I was really over the evening and just let them have it. I understand the concept this place is going for but it lacks the staff and customer service. Food is good but honestly I can name a half dozen other places in the city that may be just as good or better. But whatever they MAY lack in taste, they make up in service, care and experience.

Es una experiencia bonita, los sabores son muy, buenos, el salmón, el pulpo, el Lechón deliciosos!!!! El personal brinda un servicio muy profesional, sin embargo parece que le hace falta algo a la experiencia, es un buen lugar aunque la relación costo beneficio podría mejorar. Recomendable.
