Lumbre is a tribute to the abundance of Baja Sur. In the kitchen the main component is the product of its land and seas; the most powerful tool is firewood; and global techniques are the perfect complement to enhance its flavor, providing balance and personality. We work with local fishermen, ranchers, and farmer friends to find the best existing products.
NEAT, our Lounge Bar upstairs has the most exciting and cosmopolitan vibe in town for a great night of drinks and chill.The atmosphere separates and transmits a different vibe to the dining area. Chillout and Live Music on Sundays, signature mixology and a special finger food menu to accompany the moment and a pleasant chat.

What a wonderful experience! Food was outstanding and the service as well. We had a fantastic evening. Highly recommend to foodies. We had the tasting menu for the evening. So worth it.

The food here is unbelievable! IWe were recommended here by a fellow hotel guest and were so happy we listened to them. We ordered crudo, blue fin tuna and octopus to start. They were all fantastic but the tuna was my favorite. They shred black truffle on the tuna in front of you!! My husband has the fish and I had the chicken. They were both great! Highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful experience. Excellent service. Amazing food. The grilled romaine salad is tremendous as were the fish dishes and the special bone marrow smoked butter and sourdough. Thank you Chef Cesar!

Lovely ambience & decor. Great service. A little pricey, but must say our dinner was one of the best we've ever had. We skipped appetizer to save room for dinner. Shared the Fire plate for Two. Nice portions of Seabass, Steak and Crudpy Pork Belly with veggie sides. Every bite was perfectly delicious.

This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service was fantastic and every dish was bursting with flavor. I cannot recommend enough and hope to go back to Lumbre again soon
