    The serve was very nice but service was very slow (not his fault). It took close to one hour to get our entrees. The restaurant was not properly staffed.

    The overall experience, service, and food were excellent. However - you should know that there is an 18% service charge added to the check with a group of 5 - but the receipt says in bold print **GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED**. We asked the server to clarify if the “18% service charge” was gratuity to her - or not. She confirmed it was indeed gratuity. Said they can’t figure out how to remove the “gratuity not included” phrase from the check. Okay, then the servers have a responsibility to cross it out, and also verbally let their tables know that gratuity IS indeed already added. Otherwise, without paying attention or asking - we would have tipped another 20% on top of 18%. Big negligence

    Food was good- not exceptional. Very crowded and service was slow especially the bar however the staff was so friendly it didn’t matter. Location beautiful!

    Took 15 minutes for server to stop by our table. Saw her check on the other tables around us in the interim. Food was solid. The garlic shrimp was very good. The Caesar & steak frites was solid but the steak lacked flavor despite the chimichuri sauce

    The staff was incredible and took care of us while we were on our Baby moon. The food was DELICIOUS.

    Food quality ok, interesting but limited menu, good service pricing outrageous for quantities and quality. Westin is part of Marriott however it’s not and the challenges that come along with that. Better to go to a local out of the way place like Fish Bar.
